Deactivation of the TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 encryption protocols

To enable us to continue to offer you the highest security standards, we will disable the TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 encryption protocols on April 8th, 2019.

These measures relate to both those network connections from your system to Przelewy24 and those connections established by Przelewy24 in your system. This change may also affect the behaviour of Przelewy24 in your customers browsers.

Please ensure that your systems support TLS 1.2 by April 8th 2019 at the latest. Otherwise, we will not be able to guarantee the smooth and error-free processing of your online transactions.

If you are not sure which encryption protocols are used in your systems, you can check this by making one full payment as well as posting it in the test environment of Przelewy24 service (sandbox). If your test payment is successful, your system supports the current protocols.

Should there be any uncertainty as to whether changes need to be made to your system, we recommend that you consult the technical operator or administrator of your shop system.
